Our cross-country road trip down to Mexico was so much fun!! :) We had lots of opportunities to do all sorts of different things. One thing that I was able to do was see one of my best friends who had moved to South Carolina over the summer. We met her family at a hotel in Tennessee. We had an awesome time swimming in the hotel pool. Another opportunity we had was to see the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. There were soooooooooooo many balloons. One of my favorites was this heart balloon.On our way to San Diego, our cars had some trouble. Because of this, we had to stay longer at Uncle Vern and Aunt Patty's house. This gave me the chance to ride one of Aunt Patty's eight horses in a small competition. Rosie and I competed in two events, barrels and poles. It was awesome!! :D Competing in the horse competition was probably my favorite thing on this road trip! Kailey :)
